By using Zip Knowd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
User Conduct
You agree to use Zip Knowd responsibly. This means:
- You will not post false, misleading, or harmful information.
- You will not harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- You will not spam, scam, or post unauthorized advertising.
- You will not attempt to circumvent security or access data you are not authorized to view.
- You will not use automated systems to scrape or abuse the service.
Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Zip Knowd a license to display and distribute your content within the app as necessary to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
Business Accounts
Verified business accounts are subject to additional terms related to subscription billing, post quotas, and verification status. Subscription fees are processed securely through Stripe. Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our business verification policies.
Limitation of Liability
Zip Knowd is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service. You use Zip Knowd at your own risk.
